►TRAVEL COSTS

  

If the property is located outside the population centres of Palma de Mallorca, Manacor or Inca, travel costs will be charged at a rate of 0.50 euros/km to be counted from these towns.

  

►TRANSLATION OF YOUR ENERGY PERFORMANCE CERTIFICATE

  

The Spanish version of your Energy Performance Certificate issued by us complies with all statutory requirements. Should you, however, wish to have your Energy Performance Certificate translated into English, an additional fee of 75 euros will apply. Should you require a translation into a different language, please be so kind to let us know and we will send you a quote for the translation of your EPC into your desired language by email. 

  

►PAYMENT

  

The corresponding taxes (VAT) will be charged to the previous rates. You may pay the fees in advance by bank transfer, or to the architect during the visit.
